With v6 a new "feature" has been added that can not be turned off as far as I can tell. DisplayFusion now has a pop up notification from the taskbar notification area (upon hitting the keys to manually change the background), which notifies that the background is "Finding Random Image" (this should be rather obvious since I just hit the keys to do so).
This notification is unnecessary, and I'd rather not see it as it doesn't look as nice, I would like to turn it off, however it seems I cannot.
To make matters worse, while the notification is up I cannot change the background again until it turns off, previously there was no delay. In its current state this "feature" is a regress, and I suggest the feature should either be disabled or allowed to be toggled off.

I second the wallpaper problems with 6.0 wallpapers. The notifications is annooying, unnecessary and wrong.
In v5.1.1 i never had problems with wallpapers. But in v6.0 it happens very often that screen background is black and I manually must refresh wallpapers to get them back.
Where is the last working version v5.1.1 available?

Thanks Keith, that fixes the notification window. I was looking for that in Advanced Settings earlier, but it was apparently too well hidden for my laziness...
Happy to have the notification gone, however the problem with the delay still exists. Previously I could scroll through images rather quickly, as many times as I hit the button--Now I have to wait a good 3-5 seconds before I can change the image again.
