My wallpaper keeps disappearing.

I have a single wallpaper profile only and all monitor profiles are set to use it.
I deleted the default wallpaper profile in case that was getting recalled.

When it goes wrong it appears that the correct profile is selected, and when I check the settings the image list is empty and I have to reselect the image.

This seems to happen often after waking the computer from sleep or when montiors are turned off and on.
The correct monitor profile does get detected and loaded though.

The image I'm using is very large to cover multiple screens, and the file extension is .webp and is located on the local c drive under my user name/pictures (to rule out permission issues).

Let me know if any specific log files would help diagnose the issue.

Thanks,
Mike.

  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks for sending that over. I was able to reproduce something similar on my end, so I've added it to our list. We'll let you know once we get it fixed up.

Thanks!
