Recently I noticed I have had the same image pulled from Reddit over the last week or so.
When attempting to load next, nothing seemed to change. I deleted the loaded image from the folder which stores the image and now my wallpaper seems to just remain black.

Have tried to change the subreddit to no avail. Any idea why this would be occuring?

Could you send me over a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks for sending that over. Could you send me a screenshot of the subreddit configuration window in DisplayFusion?

Please see attached.
I believe this hasn't changed from how I used to have it. As i said it used to work but just stopped one day.

I've tried different subreddits, capital at the start and even r/wallpaper to no avail.
Tried deleting the cache too and that didnt help either.

Note: The image shown is from Astronomy picture of the day. It doesn't update and if i delete the image from the folder the wallpaper just remains black.

Thanks for sending that over. For some reason your log shows it's trying to load an incorrect URL, there are two "/r"s instead of one: 'https://www.reddit.com/r/r/wallpaper.json?count=500'

I can't seem to reproduce that here though. Could you update to our latest beta and let me know if the issue persists? Here's the link: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/

I've upgraded to the beta version but unfortunately there is no change.
It is strange as I don't have any issues with any other services.

I might just have to use these other services for my wallpaper needs instead.
Shame because I liked being able to use different subreddits for my different monitors.
