I set my second monitor to use Website wallpaper. Since the update to 9.1 (Beta 1) it has started exhibiting the following behavior:
Upon initial load, the website renders.
After a few seconds, the screen flickers and goes blank.
The screen continues to flicker every couple of seconds, staying white.
I have confirmed this is an issue regardless of which monitor I use for Website wallpaper.
