This seems to only affect certain programs, in this case, it's VS Code. When I drag VSCode up to the top of a split, it just jumps back to the middle of the screen, in the non-maximized mode. Chrome seems to work fine, but VSCode fails to maximize in the monitor split area. I want to have it so that, dragging a window to the top of a split will maximize it to that split. And, maybe have the ability to drag it in between splits to maximize it across all splits(configurable, preferably)?

VS Code seems to maximize to the splits here when I test by dragging it to the top of the screen. If you just click the maximize button when it's in a split, does it maximize to the split or the full monitor?

I am having this same issue. I am in the trial debating whether I should purchase the software, but this is a deal-breaker for me. If a window is maximized in a split, and I drag it down so it is floating, dragging the window to the top of the screen no longer maximizes in the split. To answer your question, the maximize button in the top right of the window will work on the second click, but not the first.

@H22: Which applications are you running into this issue with?

Thanks!
