(Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit, 3 monitor setup, English: US language)
Hi. I have a program whose taskbar label shows normally, in US English, when the window is open on my primary monitor. When the window is moved to another monitor, the program label on the taskbar changes to Chinese or Korean (not sure which). I am using DisplayFusion's Enable Multi-Monitor Taskbar, with Taskbar Mode set to All taskbars show relevant windows. (Comparison taskbar labels shown in attached screenshot.) This issue does not occur when I use the Windows taskbar Multiple displays feature; it seems to be DisplayFusion-related.
Any ideas? I've attached my DisplayFusionDebugInfo file. Currently, the program in question is displayed on my monitor #2, and it has two taskbar labels.
Thanks in advance!

Watson LIMS is the program, by Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Could you send me over a download link so I can test it out on my end?

Thanks!

No, I really cannot do that. This is my employer's product, which is a proprietary, subscription-based, professional LIMS product. All I really can do is what I've already done, which is to provide the DisplayFusion troubleshooting export file for you.

Could you send me over another copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!

In the DisplayFusion log there is an error regarding OptaneShellExt being injected into the DisplayFusion process. This is very strange, do you have an idea of what that could be on your machine? Thanks!

No, I've never heard about that and I have no idea what it's related to. Optane seems to be an Intel process: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/intel-optane-memory-faq

We haven't forgotten about it, our developers are currently working on it :)

We'll definitely post an update when we have one.

This issue should be fixed up in the latest beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta. Please let me know if you still run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
