Hello,

I'm using the new Winamp 5.57 beta, build 2765 on Windows 7 Ultimate x86. When I drag this to my second monitor it doesn't show itself on the DF-taskbar, this is working fine with 5.56 stable. Using DisplayFusion 3.1.6.

The way it handles its windows, it will never work. I think the problem is something like the modern skins are some non-window creation while a copy of the basic Winamp skin is hidden far off screen.

I am using Winamp 5.57 in Windows XP and it seems to work for me. I'm not sure what build of Winamp I'm using though, where can I find that? Also, where can I find the beta version you are using? Thanks!

Hi Jon. I don't know how this happened, but when I woke up this morning, turned on my computer and started Winamp 5.57 beta, it suddenly shows itself on the DF taskbar again, for the first time. Hope it will stay there now. It should, because with Winamp 5.56 it was working flawlessly.

Well, this is happening with me, but I just assumed it never worked. It was the Windows 7 taskbar integration plugin. It seems to hide it somehow.

It seems that this plug-in changes the way Winamp presents itself to Windows. As a result it doesn't allow DisplayFusion to query it's position properly, sorry. :(

Hmm, seems like it's not working anymore now. However, yesterday Winamp 5.571 was released. I'll perform a fresh install at around the new year and I will install the new Winamp version then as well. Hopefully that one will work again on the DF taskbar.

I just did my reinstall and the problem still occurs (with Winamp 5.571 final). This problem did not happen with Winamp 5.56.

What version of Windows are you using, and what Winamp skin are you using?

I've worked these issues out and they are fixed for the next beta (Beta 7). Thanks! :)

I'm also having this problem with winamp 5.571 final.

Winamp is not showing on my 2. monitor when I move it there. As stated it worked perfectly fine with earlier versions.

I'm using Windows 7 x64 Ulti Retail version.

Oh yeah, I'm using 3.1.6 pro.

Nope, still nothing. I'm using the http://www.skinconsortium.com/index.php?page=ViewDownload&itemID=61 addon for winamp, but that have never caused any problems before, so I fail to understand why it would do so now.

However, I just got to grab the opportunity to tell you how totally awesome you are for making this app and having the best support forum in the world.

Most people couldn't give less a shit 'bout suggested features, but you're pretty much giving anything a chance.

Jon Tackabury - you're totally awesome.

I have installed the ClassicPro addon and it seems to be working for me with Beta 7. Which skin are you using with ClassicPro?
