This is unfortunately an old bug that we've never been able to solve. From what we can tell we're doing everything right with the taskbars to make Windows ignore them when doing Show Desktop, but it still happens

This issue is still open on our list though, so I've added your info to it, and if we find a solution for it in the future, we'll be sure to let you know!

I've passed those suggestions over to our developers, but they're unfortunately not workable, sorry

If we do ever get it sorted out, we'll be sure to let you know.

It's a good thought but we don't have the kind of relationship where either of us would be sharing code, we just try to work together to make our apps compatible where we can
