I'm pin Task Manager on DisplayFusion Taskbar and add a Triggers
Event: Windows Created
Match Conditions: Process Filename: C:\Windows\System32\Taskmgr.exe
Actions: Show Notification
Then click Task Manager Icon on Taskbar, but nothing happen.

I click Task Manager from Windows Taskbar will trigger,
and click Task Manager from Ctrl + Alt + Del trigger success too.

I'm also try other process, they are some rule,
start process on DisplayFusion Taskbar will not trigger Window Created event.
