When using window location with team fortress 2 it doesnt work.. It works at first while the game is loading but then when it gets to the menu it switches back to the default monitor.. please help
Is TF2 running full screen, or in windowed mode?

It runs in window mode but it uses a launch option to force it to be borderless and to fit to the monitor so it looks like its in fullscreen.
Is your Window Location rule set to "First Window" or "All Windows?"
