I configured an App to span across monitors. It turns out that the App becomes unacceptably slow and almost unusable in that config.
Problem: I cannot undo the App setting because it does not show in the list of Apps.
In fact, if I check the "Enable Window Location" checkbox and click "Apply", it is always unchecked when I go back to settings.
