As per subject, this feature is not working for Office programs like Word, Excel etc..

It seems to work sometimes but most of the time it doesn't.

Are there any known bugs and/or or possible causes/fixes?

I've tried all possible settings, all to no avail. I've even tried to set a delay of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 seconds, all to no avail.
