App 1.

Process File:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host\Razer Synapse 3.exe

Window Class:
"HwndWrapper[Razer Synapse 3.exe;;898efb8d-5cf1-437e-a3c9-616ee48e4b17]"

Window Text:
"Razer Synapse"

App 2.

Process File:
C:\Program Files\aquasuite\aquasuite.exe

Window Class:
"HwndWrapper[aquasuite.exe;;fd6f0bc1-e04d-422e-aafc-7b230821e8cc]"

Window Text:
"aquasuite 2016-5.3"

So when I hit the Hot Key Combo, it moves everything (Chrome, Firefox, TaskManager, Notepad++, VLC, Remote Desktop, CCTV, Emails, CPUZ other sensors and monitoring Apps, even Games) except Synapse and Aquasuite.

Is there a way to make them move when the hot keys are pressed ?

Thanks.

If you remove the "Window Text" match condition from each of those entries, does it work?

Thanks!

Actually no, but you did highly a similar issue.

I made them not match the "Window Class" and that did the work.

My hunch was that Win10 generates a new "Window Class" every session, However "Window Text" is constantly the same every session, by removing the "Window Class" that did the trick.
