so i found out that the reason why Slack, Outlook(new), Teams(new) and many othes stop working is because when they update the filename changes for example a week ago Slack location was
C:Users\user\AppData\Local\slack\app-4.38.121\slack.exe
but yesterday it changed into C:Users\user\AppData\Local\slack\app-4.38.125\slack.exe
now we need a solution so when the filename changes it can automatically update it
