I have two monitors both 1920x1080. When I move a windowed full screen program to next monitor (Ctrl + Win + X) the windowed program is moved around 10 px away from the edge of the second monitor.

Trying to center the program does nothing; I have also disabled the padding settings.

Which program does this? And do you have your taskbar set to the left or right side of your monitor?

Any program that is windowed fullscreen does this. Only PC Games have windowed fullscreen mode, e.g Counter-Strike, StarCraft, etc.

My Windows Taskbar is on the left, the Display Fusion Taskbar is on the right.

Moving the program back to the left monitor also leaves a gap.
