Have double taskbars on primary monitor.

1) Primary 'Windows' Taskbar on Secondary monitor.
2) Secondary 'Windows' Taskbar on Primary monitor. (Disabled, but still displays) Right click taskbar > Properties > Taskbar > Multiple Displays > "Show taskbar on all displays" : Disabled!! Yet continues to display. (obviously not an issue with binaryfortress)
3) Primary DF taskbar on Primary monitor. (displays below the Secondary 'Windows' Taskbar)

Is there a solution to this?

Wow, that's really strange! Is it still there even after a reboot?

Yes.

I updated (formatted / installed) to the latest 1007x W10 and its resolved. Obviously 1004x had issues, doesn't surprise me with the new children devs at Microsoft.
