It appears that the Alt-Tab handler is picking up random elements of the Windows UI, even though selecting them does nothing. As you can see in the screenshot, it shows my Start Menu on Alt Tab but selecting it doesn't show the start menu.
It makes it very difficult trying to select windows when there's sometimes more than 10 windows UI elements on the alt-tab handler.

Not sure if it's been noted already but it appears the Task Bar is also appearing on all my monitors after using Win+L to lock the computer

Yep! That's on our list as well. It seems to be a Windows 10 bug, as that shouldn't even be possible (imagine a malicious app showing ads or something over your lock screen!), but we're going to see what we can do from our end to fix it up.
