So I am currently using a 4 monitor setup (1x 2160, 2x 1080, 1x 1440x900) and i noticed that displayfusion would cause windows animations to lag. Some examples would be opening the start menu or opening This PC Properties.

I found out that the problem was with the "Triggers (Windows Location)". Disabling my custom rules would not help and I would have to disable the whole feature to get the animations to not lag. Here's my log anyways.
I hope there is a solution soon.

Last time I was trying to disable my own rules to see if it was those that caused the problems but i forgot to click apply when testing so it was actually one of those rules that caused the problem. The rules the cause the problem was the "." rule that would open the new window by following the mouse pointer.
Could you send me a screenshot of that rule?

Sorry for not replying to the post, I have seemed to miss the email about the reply until I notice the problem again today and recheck my posts.
Here are my logs and I have reproduced the problem at 21:18 from (50-55 Sec)

Thanks! I don't see anything suspicious in the logs, unfortunately. Could you send me a backup of your DisplayFusion Settings?
Thanks!

Thanks! I still don't run into any issues, even with your settings. Is the DisplayFusion.exe CPU usage high when you have these issues?

The CPU usage for displayfusion would jump up to 1.0-1.5% when I click on the start menu compared to 0.5%-0.8% without clicking.
Ok, that seems fairly normal. Could you try adding an empty trigger for explorer.exe, with the "Stop processing" checkbox enabled, and move it so it's above the *.* rule in your Triggers list, to see if that helps?

After adding the trigger like in the screenshot below, my *.* function doesn't seem to work anymore. But the start menu lag seems to have went away.

Can you enable that Trigger rule? Or did you already have it enabled and just disabled it before taking the screenshot?

I screenshoted the window after I tested it, so it was disabled by that time.
Ok, interesting! That rule should only have made the *.* rule stop working for explorer.exe windows. If you re-enable it and test another app, like Notepad or something, does it get processed by the *.* rule?

Notepad would work fine, being able to move to where my mouse cursor is when opened.
Ok, that's good at least! Which windows were not moving correctly when you had the explorer.exe Trigger enabled?

Windows explorer windows would not move when that trigger was enabled.
Ok, for that explorer.exe Trigger, could you add the following text to the Window Text box in the Match Conditions?
Start

Adding that would fix the windows explorer moving problem, but my start menu has the response lag.
