Now I don't believe display fusion is entirely to blame (there is probably another issue with drivers, or the registry; as this install is far from 'clean'), though I've had this problem 4-5 times (over the last 2-3 months) where windows would need to restart (bad_pool_header) but only immediately after changing desktop profile.
