So I'm using Windows 10. I have 2 profiles that I setup with keybinds to switch my 1st monitor to landscape and portrait mode. First landscape is set to 1920x1080, but when I switch to 1080x1920 portrait via my displayfusion shortcut, the screen becomes slightly blurry. Everything that is, not just text. Here's the funny part, I go to display settings settings under Windows 10 itself and set the monitor in portrait mode directly via windows and it's absolutely fine, totally sharp, no blur whatsoever. Is there something wrong I'm doing with displayfusion or is this a bug?

That's strange! I'll test this out here to see what I can find out :)

Thanks! Hopefully you're able to reproduce the problem. Oh I suppose it would also help to know the model of the monitor, it's an Asus VE247H 24 inch monitor.

I couldn't reproduce this issue here. Would you be able to send me a copy of your DisplayFusion troubleshooting info when the monitor is landscape, and then another copy of it after you've changed it to portrait and it's blurry? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button
  • Paste the text into a text file (please don't paste the text directly into your reply, the formatting gets garbled and makes it difficult to parse)
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!

Thanks! Looks like everything is correct in there, but we're wondering if DF is setting the refresh timing wrong. Could you send us the output from the app below when it's Portrait and fine (set by Windows), and when it's Portrait and broken (set by DF)?

Thanks! There's definitely an issue with one of the values we're setting. Now we just need to figure out how to fix it :)

I'll be sure to let you know as soon as we think we've gotten it sorted out.

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
