This applies to Windows 10x64 Pro and DF 11 Beta 5&6. The bug is 100% repeatable. DF causes the primary Taskbar to disappear if I right click on the desktop>Displayfusion>Load Next Wallpaper Slideshow Image. Also if I go into System Settings>Personalization>Colors and set "Start, taskbar, and action center" under Show accent color on the following surfaces. The next time DF changes the wallpaper, the Taskbar disappears.
This is not occurring on Windows 11x64 Pro.

Attached is a log that was generated during the failure. I right clicked on the desktop, selected DF>Load Next Wallpaper...

I tested it out here but couldn't reproduce it, can you send me a video of the issue?

Attached is a video that shows how I can recover the disappeared Taskbar without having to reboot the system.

If you disable the "Automatically pick an accent colour from my background" option in the Windows Personalization settings, does that resolve the issue?
