We're hoping to add an automatic "all taskbars show all, including pinned" mode in the future. In the meantime, you can manually pin items to the DisplayFusion taskbar by moving the open window to that monitor, then right-clicking its taskbar button and choosing "Pin this Program to Taskbar."
