When I use CTRL+Win+Up or CTRL+Win+Down, it just behaves as if I am pressing Win+Up or Win+Down. Does anyone know how to adjust this? Thank you. :-[

Ctrl + Win + Up/Down/Left/Right don't work in Windows 10 any more, as Windows has now reserved those key combinations for itself :(

You'll need to assign different key combinations to those functions. I believe Ctrl + Alt + Arrow Keys will work :)

Thanks, Keith. Can you please identify the names of these functions? I am having trouble spotting them.

Sure thing! They're the "Size and Move Window to Left/Right/Top/Bottom Side" functions :)

Thanks, much appreciated. If you are interested in UX feedback on that, I find top-side and bottom-side quite confusing. It sounds like putting the window in the bottom-left / top-right, etc. corners. May I suggest:

Snap to top of monitor
Snap to bottom of monitor

Thanks again
