Hello everyone,
I've been using displayfusion for years and this is the first bug I've ran into. Currently using 1903 in a domain enviroment. When I launch msra.exe (Microsoft remote assistance) it throws this error repeatitly. Eventually closing the dialog boxes will allow me to use the tool to connect to a users computer. This is new and didn't happen in v1809 or previous versions. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Is there a way for display fusion to not load with a specific application or not interface with it?

Thanks

I also have this issue since updating to Windows 10 1903. I have to close DisplayFusion before stating a Remote Assistant session and restart it when I'm finished. Definitely not a one person issue.

This issue is on our list to fix up. In the meantime, if you enable the "Disable Shell Hooks" option in the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings, this error should go away.

Thanks!

Disabling shell hooks stopped the error. Thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully this gets resolved in the future. Thanks

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!

@Brin: Could you provide some more details? Did you try the latest DisplayFusion beta, or the compatibility rule?
