If you just disable the Taskbars on the Settings > Taskbars tab, then restart DisplayFusion, does explorer still crash?

Seems to work so far!
I'll keep you posted
Ok, could you enable them again, and disable the system tray on the DisplayFusion taskbars? (right-click each DisplayFusion taskbar, and navigate to Multi-Monitor Taskbars > System Tray > Disabled).
Ok, interesting! After you've had a chance to test, can you attach a copy of the info from the Settings > Troubleshooting tab as well? Sounds like there might be a program running in your tray that could be conflicting with DisplayFusion.

It is attached!
And other than one taskbar missing since I entered SLI mode, all good!
Thanks! If there's a taskbar missing, could you try clicking the "Enable All Taskbars" button on the Settings > Taskbar tab?
For the tray icons, the Troubleshooting info indicates that there are a bunch of tray icons that DisplayFusion can't get info for. Would you be able to send me a list of all the programs on your system that have a tray icon?

I am not entirely sure how to - I am sorry.
Currently removing some icons as they are unnecessary or slow down my boot.
But here is a list of my installed software, and I attempted to list all that have taskbar icons

Awesome, thanks! I'll install as many of those applications here as I can and see if I can reproduce the issue.

Hi Keith,
Just for your information, I am having the same issue with (Win7x64sp1) explorer.exe (specifically the primary screen's taskbar) crashing. (running 4 monitors)
I have been able to reproduce at will be simply locking my computer (with Win + L) and unlocking.
Today I tried to close a password manager app from my tray that I was suspicious of, Sticky Password manager v7.0.6.114.
Immediately, locking/unlocking no longer causes the crash. Also, after re-launching the password manager, the crashing does not return, until pc reboot.
Hope the info helps a little.
Cheers,
Mick

@Mick: Interesting! Could you try adding a Compatibility rule on the DisplayFusion Settings > Compatibility tab for Sticky Password Manager, and enable the "Disable Application Hooks" option in the rule, then reboot and see if you can reproduce the crash again?

@Keith,
I have tried this (and now tested more thoroughly) and it made no difference. I added all 4 executables found in the install location.
What did help, was moving the Sticky Password auto launch from their location in the registry at HKCU\...\CurrentVersion\Run, to a Scheduled Task, On Logon, with a one minute delay.
So timing is somewhat critical...
Cheers,
Mick
Ok, thanks for the extra info! We'll do some more testing here to see if we can reproduce the same issue and get it fixed up.
Thanks!
