I started testing DisplayFusion on Windows 7 a couple months ago with the first beta (build 7000), and it should work quite well now. There are a number of cosmetic differences, but the functionality should be nearly the same as on XP or Vista. What issues are you running into?

Hi
Moving maximised apps from monitor to monitor, they do not maximise again on the new monitor.
I'm actually on build 7077 on this PC.

Are you using the HotKeys, dragging the maximized window or middle-clicking the caption bar to move the maximized window? Also, is the problem happening with all applications or just a some?

Hi Jon
I tend to drag the maximised window as a rule,
quick 5 min test -
Excel, Access, Word (all 2007) and Google Chrome drag and maximise fine.
Firefox, Outlook 2007, IE, Opera, Smart FTP, Copernic, Actinic do not maximise again.

All,
In W7 RC I seem to get application buttons on the Windows Taskbar and the display Taskbar when an application is on a non primary display. Is it possible to get the appication button on only the relevant Taskbar?

Same problem here on W7 7100:
- all applications are on the main taskbar
- the application does not blink (incomming skype chat window for example)
Also I have a RFE:
- to being able resize the task bar for each monitor
Tnx.

i am seeing the same thing. the option "All taskbars show relevant windows" is greyed out. need to have this functionality back before i lose my mind.
also, is it going to be possible to hook into the aero glass effects for the taskbar? it looks pretty shabby compared to the regular windows 7 taskbar. it would also be nice if you could hook into the windows 7 thumbnails and context menu instead of rolling your own (which works okay but isn't nearly as nice).
@cowgod: These are all things I am going to have complete for version 3.1 (better Aero look, full taskbar support... etc).
