If you see the difference between the left side (Windows 7 Application Bar). right side is what display fusion is showing. The applications seem to be bleeding over the bottom part. I noticed this in the previous beta as well.

I'm using 7.3 beta 6 now.

I was able to reproduce this issue here, and I've added it to our list. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we're able to fix it up :)

Thanks!

Glad you were able to reproduce it. It doesn't affect the functionality of the software, it it just a visual dissonance. When you can fix it, it'll improve the UX. Thanks!

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
