Hey, i've read a lot of Keith's guides on how to make it possible to opne applications on current monitor/taskbar, but i don't get it to work.
Can someone give me a guide to either one of these (I PREFER NUMBER 1 if it's possible)
1: If you're a streamer you don't want to show your skype, so if you don't have it open before you start streaming you're fucked. Is there a way to make it so i can hold ALT and mouseclick/middle mouseclick the application (from start menu or shortcut) on monitor 1 and it opens on monitor 2?
2: Make it so i can click applications on monitor 2(start menu or shortcuts) and it's FORCED to open on monitor 2.
Thanks for guidance, and NOTE: I AM USING WINDOWS 8.1 and have done changes to my displayfusion settings, so a full guide might be required, all though i might reset settings if necessary.

UPDATE: Since i'm using windows 8.1 i started using windows 8.1 own multiple taskbar setting and can finally open skype to current (MouseOverMonitor). Although, I still have a problem. See, as a streamer you don't want to show your skype. When i open skype on monitor 2, it goes to monitor 2, but for a slick second, enough for viewers to find out skype ID, it is on monitor 1. Anyway to make this action more instant?

Nvm, i realized i then didn't have splitted taskbar, where windows swap taskbar depending on what monitor they're on.

I'm running version 5.1.1, does the newest one have better compatibility with win 8.1?

Does the 7.1 have windows 8.1 designed taskbar? I don't like having one with windows 8.1 and one with 7. If this works i'll get 7.1.

It's a free update, as well, just in case you weren't aware
Please get a windows 8.1 and windows 10 preview for secondary monitor
You mean for the "Window Preview Style" on the Settings > Taskbar tab?

Yes.
Also, how can i stop this program from "alt-tabbing out of a set game" when an update happens in a another program. If i get a message on steam, the program takes me out of Arma 3 (game) to view the message.
I haven't run into that before. If you exit DisplayFusion, that doesn't happen?

Nope, i believe your familliar with steam. When you get a message in game u use shift tab to get the steam overlay. It might be that it's forcing the message to select a monitor and therefore focuses on it, but it's still a big problem during games. If one guy messages you, you get alt tabbed.
Ok, interesting! Do you have any Window Location rules setup for Steam?

No, the only thing i use is that move window to current monitor *.* thingie you know.
Ah, interesting! If you create a new Window Location rule for *Steam.exe and set it to "Do Nothing," does that change anything? That should prevent Steam from getting processed by that rule.

That worked, didn't get "alt tabbed out of game anymore". All though, when i alt tab the game myself it opens the chat on the monitor where steam is opened. That's not a problem for me. I might make a video showing you what i mean.
