I've got a longstanding problem:

I have 2 graphics cards (Radeon HD4600 and HD3400), powering 3 monitors and a TV (Philips 32PFL7606T), on Windows 7 64-bit. Latest Catalyst version etc (and has happened on every previous Catalyst version I have ever used).

The problem: whenever my TV is turned on, all screens go blank for a few seconds, then when they come back on *every* window has moved screen (to the "next" screen). This is *incredibly* annoying. I guess it's something to do with the HDCP handshake, but nothing I have tried has ever stopped it happening.

I usually end up using the displayfusion "move to previous monitor" shortcut for every window on my desktop, every time this happens (my TV is not switch on all of the time that my PC is, so it happens quite a bit).

Is it possible to "move all windows to prevoious monitor" using displayfusion?

(If anyone has any idea how to stop it happening in the first place, awesome, but I don't hold my hopes up!)

Thanks!

I haven't found a way to prevent that from happening unfortunately. Windows moves the windows all over the place when monitors are disconnected/reconnected :(

There actually is a Function on the Settings > Functions tab that will help you out though. Just assign a key combination to the "Move All Windows to Current Monitor" Function. When you press the key combination, all open windows will move to the monitor that has the mouse cursor :)
