Difficult to describe... I'm using MS SQL Management Studio. I have a SQL Script on my screen that is several lines long - more than 2 screen's worth of text vertically. When the picture background changes, my SQL screen changes vertical position and scrolls up or down so that the last line of text is at the bottom of the screen. VERY ANNOYING. I spend much of my day in SQL, so this happens each time a new pic is chosen. Please advise...

By the way, other than this 'feature' I love the product and have purchased the 'pro' version.

Are you using the new version 3.1.3 (released yesterday)?

Yes. I'm on Windows 7 (64bit), running DF 3.1.3. I have two monitors with separate settings for each. And I just tested it by opening a long sql script and scrolling to the bottom so that the last line of code was at the top of my screen. When the background changed, the last line of code went to the bottom of the screen.

DF is configured different for each monitor. Both are random, but from different sources (folders on my hard drive). One refreshes each minute, the other every 5 minutes. It doesn't matter which monitor my app is on, I get the same results each time.

After more testing, it does only appear to affect SQL Management studio. Word, Excel are ok. And SQL doesn't have to be in focus. I had it in the background with another app in front, and it still was affected.

Also, this happened while running Vista 32 bit prior to upgrading to 7.

Can you try unchecking the "Use wallpaper transitions" setting in the DisplayFusion Settings window, on the Wallpaper tab? I would be interested to see if disabling that affects it. Thanks!

In an effort to cleanup the DisplayFusion forum, this topic is being locked and archived because it applies to an older version of DisplayFusion. If you are using the latest version of DisplayFusion and would still like some assistance, please create a new topic and I'll be happy to help you out. Thanks! :)
