Windows aren't snapping since update

I was prompted to update my DF Pro the other day and ever since, the windows snapping function is not working. Here is a screenshot of my settings
I've tried other solutions to the same problem that others have had, but to no avail. Is there any way to revert to the previous version that worked?

Before rolling back, could you just double-check that a reboot doesn't fix it? Some times the hooks don't fully unload/reload during updates, but a reboot should fix that up.
If not, please let me know.
