Hi

I have one Monitor via HDMI and One via DVI. And I have connected a TV-Set via Display-Port.

The Setting is, that the HDMI-Monitor and the TV-Set where cloned, so that I can play games on the TV.
The DVI-Monitor was the 3rd and where used sometimes, if I need more space on Desktop :)

The Thing is: When i have some Windows or Programms open on the first Screen and the third is off. And I play on TV Set and shut down the 1st Monitor (because I don't need him) and play a time. After this, I go back to the 1st monitor, some of the Windows and Programs are on the 3rd Screen!

This will happen too, if I shut down all monitors, maybe to go out for a little while, and come back the same will hapen. WITHOUT the PC was Shut Down, or the windows where closed (I know, If I close Windows/Programs on the 3rd Screen, they will openen there again, thats not this problem)

Is there anything changed, because this problem comes with one of the last Updates a few Weeks/month ago.

System is Windows 7 64Bit.
The Problem is NEW. I don't have it last year..

Thanks

If you exit DisplayFusion before playing the game or sleeping the monitors, does this issue still occur? DisplayFusion wouldn't be moving the windows around, but Windows could be if the powered off monitor or TV gets "disconnected" in Windows. That usually happens with HDMI TVs and DisplayPort monitors.

Ah, OK. I thought, it was DisplayFusion.
Maybe an idea for comming Versions? "Force Programms to Display 1/2/3" ?

The Problem is new, so I thought it was since the DisplayFusion Update. But if i think a little longer; I have the monitors connected in a different way..
Bevor I has Both via DVI. Now One in DVI and one in HDMI. Maybe this is the problem.
Maybe it would be better connect them all via DisplayPort...?
But I have to use Adapter to HDMI or DVI..

OK.. I will look in "another direction" :)

You might run into the same problem with DisplayPort as well. There are a couple of functions in DisplayFusion that can help. If you assign key combinations to the "Save Window Positions" and "Restore Window Positions" functions, you can save them before leaving the computer, and restore them if they're messed up after waking the computer from sleep :)
