Hello.

I just try the command line tools.

I will start and program by and command, that i defined in "Windows Location"
Program start up, but stay on main monitor.

If i use shortcut or the start menu it will open and transfer the windows the right monitor , but not with command line tools.

So i think there is an bug with command tools.
