I am fairly new to DF, so I hope this hasn't already been covered. I have tried to use the Windows Location Function of DF, but when double clicking a file with the associated application, it opens on the primary screen. I've checked your site and forums and have not found a solution. Thanks for your help.
In the Window Location rule, is the Window Location Mode set to 'First Window Only', or 'All Windows'?
