Is this possible? I figure it's a base Windows command and probably not something which can be messed with (easily)? I know I can click start on any monitor I like, but Win+R is coming up on primary monitor only.
Note: last time I made a suggestion about base Windows commands, we got the new alt-tab switcher which...... you know, ... I'm glad you guys tried, but man that lag.... - not that it's your fault! <3 ♥ but yeah. If it can't be done, it can't be done.
I have some good news! In the next beta, Window Location will be replaced by a new feature called "Triggers," and it will allow you to create rules that match based on window title and class. So you'll be able to create a rule for Windows Explorer, if the title is "Run" that moves it to a specific monitor. I've attached a screenshot of what that rule would look like in the next beta (hopefully available in the next few days).

That looks super powerful - what about the performance tho? Chuck it into a beta, I'll scope it out

Ok
Just tried it, tiny bit of lag but overall definitely acceptable (unlike the ALT tab replacement, not that it's your fault but I need like... sub MS speeds for that)
This is totally fine, quite powerful - your screenshot helped me figure out how to use it.
Awesome, glad to hear it!

Keith,
I've found a small bug with this (or yet again, a Windows limitation holding you back)
If you hit Windows R key on say monitor #1, then forget it and click elsewhere - the window still exists but falls to the background.
*THEN* if you hit Windows R with mouse focused on monitor #2, it will not 'pull' the run Window over, because it already exists.
I tried both "Window Focused" and "Window Created" modes.
This code DOES work perfectly, if the Windows Run menu is missing entirely (hit escape to close it, or you actually launch something) - and only in Created mode.
Any thoughts?

You know what, maybe I didn't hit apply? I THINK this is working fine actually.
Strongly recommend people use "Window Focused" mode for the most part.
Thanks yet again!
P.S Haven't seen any new betas in a while! Not that the program is bad, it's fantastic but you always seem to be doing something interesting, taking a break over the holidays?

2 more things...............
1, be nice to have an "enabled / disabled" flag on the rules, in case we work on one, don't finish it and just want it in an off / on state
2, I can't get dropbox to work, if I double click the item in the taskbar it pulls up an explorer window in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Dropbox but won't shift the monitor, I THINK it's because the drop box executable process is "calling" an explorer Window itself? So Display Fusion isn't seeing it?
