Running into a few issues on 22H2 (22621.963) and the latest beta.

My primary screen is 3840x2160, secondary is 1920x1080.

1) The right-click/Win+X menu only ever shows up on the primary screen taskbar. Is it possible to get this to show on the secondary screen's DF taskbar when right-clicking the DF taskbar start button?

2) The secondary DF taskbar right-click dialogs seem to use the scaling from the primary monitor. If I keep the default windows scaling for the primary monitor (I think its 250% or 300%) then all of the right-click options on the DF task bar are scaled much too large, and end up being cut off with elipses, making most of them unreadable. Is it possible to have the DF taskbar use the scaling settings from the monitor that it is displaying on?

3) The notification/action center on the DF taskbar is too large for the secondary screen. Similar to #2, the action center seems to use the scaling from the primary screen, so it ends up much to large for the secondary screen. But even when turning the scaling of the primary screen to 100%, the notification bar is still too large and chopped off at the top on the secondary screen. Also the bottom calendar section is clipped behind the DF taskbar. Anyway to resolve this?

1) This is currently on our feature request list, so I've added your vote to it. We'll be sure to let you know if/when we're able to implement it in the future.

2 & 3) I can't seem to reproduce these on my end, could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!

I'm getting the issue with Windows showing behind taskbars that was marked as fixed in Beta 16 "Windows drop behind DisplayFusion taskbar Fixed in 10.0 Beta 16. A prompt to restart explorer when this issue happens will now appear."
I attached a pic, this shows (in the lower left display) the taskbar from the remote desktop session behind the main taskbar.I've also attached my Displayfusion version and settings.

For those scaling issues, if you log out and back in, does it fix it up?

For the taskbar issue, are you using any other 3rd party taskbar applications, like Start11?

Thanks!

I'm not using any other third party applications. This is like this every time I open my computer (I shut down every night). In some cases, if I completely close Displayfusion and reopen it, some of them are fixed but some aren't, it's very hard to nail down.

Ironically, this morning the window in the lower left corner is good (the remote session) but a program I opened in the lower right display is behind the taskbar.

I don't know why you are hijacking this to ask your own questions.

The scaling is always incorrect, I have been running this for weeks and my PC has been restarted several times.

I am using start11, but there is no difference with it disabled/uninstalled.

Ah whoops, I didn't realize there were two different issues in this thread

@dogg94 If you can start a new thread, we can look into it further.

@djc5166 If you adjust your scaling level to something else and then change it back, and sign out/back in (not a restart or shutdown), does that fix it up?

Thanks!

I am having the same problem as 3), so I am sending a screenshot and DebugInfo for your reference.
I am not using any third party taskbar application like Start11.

Sorry, this is a machine translation.

Does a sign out & back in fix it up?

It doesn't seem to make any difference, the secondary (1080p) display is always using what seems to be the scaling set for the primary (2160p) for the DF taskbar menus, and the notification area is always too tall regardless of scaling. login/logout has the same result as restarting the system, also just exiting/starting DF follows the same pattern.

Same issues persist on beta 19

Thanks for confirming, we were able to reproduce this on our end so we've added it to our list to look into.

Thanks!

Great I hope it can be fixed.

Switched to having a LG C2 as my main display, but since it is not on all the time I was really looking for the functionality DF provides on the non-primary monitor.
