Hi,

Since I've setup a multi-monitor system on Win 11, I noted that when I join a Zoom session that the session application will freeze, but I can hear and speak with the audio portion. If I click on the Zoom participant window the screen will go grey and a notice from windows will flag to end the unresponsive process. If I add zoom.exe to the exclusion list of DisplayFusion the issue goes away. I'm not really sure what's causing this issue but it does appear to be display fusion interference. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I tested it out on my end and it seemed to work okay, does the same thing happen if you start your own meeting?

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info as well? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks for the reply. Yes it seemed to do the same thing when I created my own session and let it sit for a while with no other attendees. I was using the BETA version I think since I'm signed up for beta versions.

When you created a Compatibility rule for Zoom, which options did you select in the rule?
