DisplayFusion 9.2 Beta 2 Highlights

• Note: 500px has been removed as a wallpaper source, they are closing their API
• Note: Monitor Profiles have been overhauled, it's recommended that you load and resave your existing profiles to upgrade them to the new format
• WallpaperFusion source now allows you to specify the minimum resolution for images
• Desktop Icon Profiles is now merged into the Settings window for configuring
• New scripting function: BFS.Window.IsVisible
• Task View now works correctly with Windows 10 1803 and DisplayFusion
• Right-click menu fixed for minimized-to-tray windows
• Maximizing a window to splits no longer sends 2 clicks sometimes
• Trigger event 'Process Ended' now fires correctly
• Custom Functions now support up to 2 decimal places for percents (33.33% instead of 33%)

Desktop Icon Profiles

We're very excited to announce that DisplayFusion 9.2 Beta 1 is available for download! This release fixes a bunch of issues from 9.1, and also adds the ability to specify a delay for checking Trigger Match Conditions (great for creating rules for specific websites!).

• Open the app and position it where you like. This is where the Trigger rule will position it when activated.


• Right-click the DisplayFusion icon and click "Settings."
  
• Select the Functions tab and click the "Custom Function" dropdown. Then click "Add Custom Function."
  
• Type a name into the "Name" field (e.g. "Launch Notepad").
• Click the "Function Action" dropdown and select "Launch Application"
  
• Click the "Select Application" button and double-click your application or select it and click "OK."


• Click "OK."
  
• From the Settings menu, now click the "Triggers" tab.
• Ensure the "Enable Triggers" checkbox is enabled.
  
• Click "Add."
  
• Click the "Event" dropdown and select "DisplayFusion Starts."
  
• Below the Actions pane, click the "Add" button and select "Run Fuction."


• Click the dropdown selector and select the Custom Function you created earlier, then click "OK."
  
• Click "OK."
  
• From the Triggers tab, click "Add" again.
• This time, select "Window Created" from the "Event" dropdown.
  
• Enable the "Process Filename" checkbox. From the pop-up window, select the desired application and click "OK."


• Below the Actions pane, click "Add" and select "Move Window to Specific Size and Location."


• Drag the blue target onto the application window.

• Click "OK," then click "OK" on the Edit Trigger window to Save.


• Click "OK" from the Triggers menu to apply and save your changes.

• Important! This build uses a new code signing certificate, you may receive a Smart Screen warning from Microsoft
