Restore RDP Window, Move to Next Monitor, Maximize

Description
This script will restore a full screen RDP window to windowed mode, move it to the next monitor, then maximize it. This is a workaround for not being able to move the connection bar to the next monitor when an RDP window is full screen. Note, this only works if you have "Apply Windows key combinations on this computer" set on the Local Resources tab in the RDP connection settings.
